Washington D.C. is already the capital of this great country of ours…and now apparently it’s also the capital of scumbags.  More specifically (since there are so many varieties of scumbag in D.C.) … the cheating scumbag.

That’s right.  Scumbag website AshleyMadison.com (a dating site for married people looking for a “discreet” affair…gross) has released the “top 10 cities for cheaters,” and D.C. tops the list, with 38,000 of Ashley Madison’s 13 million users!?!?!?! hailing from the District.

I suppose we shouldn’t really be surprised, what with all the JKF, Bill Clinton, Eliot Spitzer, Anthony Weiner nonsense.  They do say power is the ultimate aphrodisiac…
